PCL-5 PTSD Checklist

The PCL-5 is a 20-item self-report measure that assesses the symptoms of PTSD against DSM-5 criteria. It can be preceded by the Life Events Checklist (LEC-5) to establish exposure to a criterion A event.

Scoring
